Thomas Breunig began his construction career in 1983, becoming a licensed contractor in 1987. His expertise spans the full spectrum of construction "from the ground up." He has 25 years of consruction experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael Dinga has an architectural degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obisp, and has worked in the construction industry for 35 years. His Experience spans all phases of construction. Counterforce, Inc was established in 1994 as a construction company specifically designed to serve in the area of structural strengthening, foundations, drainage and finished concrete.
